Yes, you can purchase dedicated IPs at an additional cost.
Can I change my VPS specs?
Each Ei VPS plan is pre-configured to give you the most bang for your buck, so you’re not able to customize or change the hardware specs of your plan. But, you can upgrade to a better configuration or increase storage as recommended in your plan.
Can I upgrade to a different VPS plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade to a larger VPS plan through the Customer Control Panel. Go to the admin section, then click “Manage” and select “Upgrade VPS” from the drop-down menu. If you want to downgrade, then you’ll need to buy the smaller plan through the Customer Control Panel. Once you downgrade, we recommend transferring all the data from your current VPS to the new one, and then mark your VPS for cancellation. You’re always welcome to contact support if you need help with this.
Which operating systems are available for my VPS?
Eiwebs supports many operating systems (we firmly believe in offering as many choices as possible to our customers). You can choose from a wide range of popular Linux distributions: CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, and many others.
Do you offer admin panels for VPS?
